Throughout my life I have always taken an active and open minded interest in natural weight loss, natural detox, optimum health, exercise and diet. I began teaching fitness classes 21yrs ago (good old Jane Fonda!), and developed into Yoga and Nutrition 14 yrs ago. I studied Natural Nutrition under the wisdom of Barbara Wren at ‘The College of Natural Nutrition’, and qualified with distinction as a Hatha Yoga teacher through the ‘Kevala Centre’ in Devon. Through travelling & working on myself for a long time, I’ve created a varied and flexible approach to life and my teachings which I sweetly adapt to whatever is needed and where!
The pregnancy nutrition and prenatal yoga all came about since I had my first baby in April 2007. From being pregnant, to each new day now I am still learning and loving being a mother. I studied greatly when I was pregnant and want to share all these valuable tips with you! A healthy pregnancy is the best gift you could give your baby.
I try to live life fully, with no regrets. I try to love as much as I can and let go of the dramas when I can! I have learnt that less is so much more! When you're not sure, keep quiet, that's my biggest challenge!
I continue to bring to my teaching, as much as I can, realistic ways for my friends to find the 'No Mind'. Meditation can be misunderstood, I aim to guide you to a simpler understanding.
After all... 'Nothing is under control'.
